Where are you based? Where will you go after the Pop-Up shop?

We are a Hong Kong based bridal shop! We have a studio space on the NT side for storage.

Why Pop-Up shop? 

Currently we are not planning to have a permanent retail shop and will be doing pop-up in the same location throughout the year.

Where are you located?

Our Pop-Up shop is located on the G/F on 41 Circular Pathway in Sheung Wan. It is inside an alley between Queens Road Central and Hollywood Road. The easiest way to get there will be getting on the stairs between Hollywood Terence and Market Place on Queens Road Central or turn inside the alley (opposite of Upper lascar Row) on Ladder Street. (Sheung Wan A2 exit) 

Do you do rental or purchase of dresses only?

We provide both services. Only selected dresses are available for rental services. We are now accepting rental dates within 2018. For 2019, we are only taking purchase orders. As for purchase usually it takes min 6 months depending on the designers/brands. We suggest coming at least 8 months ahead to be safe for making your dress order in case alternations is required once the dress arrived. Rush order is available with additional cost.

What if I miss the Pop-Up period and interested in trying the dresses?

Contact Us and we will see what arrangement we can do for you.

Is appointment required?

Appointment is required and submitted through the booking page, then confirmed via whatsapp/email by staff. We accept appointments Tuesday - Friday from 12 - 7pm and Saturday - Sunday 11am - 7pm. Please contact us for availability during off business hours.

What should I prepare prior coming to the appointment? 

Please bring a strapless bra or nude undergarments for fitting. A pair of shoes that you are planning to wear on your wedding day or in similar height will also be helpful.

How many dresses can I try on?

First bridal consultation is 60 minutes and this will allow you to try up to 5 dresses. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes and allow you to re-try and visit the 2-3 styles you are considering for dress purchase order. If you cannot decide on your second visit, we will be charging $500 for the third visit. If you are confirming on that visit, the fee will be waived. 

How many guests can I bring to my appointment?

Due to our limited space at the Pop-Up shop, we request that you bring a small party with 1 or 2 close family friends maximum. Pets will not be allowed inside the shop but you are welcomed to bring them outside which they can be chill inside the alley. (Just make sure someone is with the pets)

When should I arrive to my appointment?

Please come no more than 3-5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Due to the limited space, we are only serving one bride at a time and we do not have a waiting room and we cannot invite you in until your appointment has begun. Should you or your party arrive early, please wait outside the door until the time of your appointment. 

What are the prices of the dresses

Our designer collections range from just HKD$4,200 up to $70,000. The majority of our selection falls under $30,000.

What sizes are your sample dresses?

We stock mostly US size 2 and a few in US size 4 for our designer collection dresses. As for vintage clothing, they are from XXS to L.

If I choose my dress, how does payment work?

We ask for 80% at the time of purchase and and the remainder when you pick up your dress. We accept cash, bank transfer or cashier checks.
